Chef Tony is committed to local produce, inspired by the seasons, and known for his layered, bold flavors. Tony is unequalled in his ability to create an extraordinary meal from lobster, sea bass, halibut, chicken, lamb, beef, and duck.
His poached Maine lobster appetizer brings two tender, shelled claws in a lobster stock, enhanced by tangy Kaffir lime juice, gentled by risotto rice, but sparked by the acidity of sweet-tart sticks of Fuji apple. Other favorites are the slow-baked salmon with chanterelles, crispy Jidori chicken, and the roasted beef tenderloin with short ribs. Jack’s has earned the Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator for its extensive wine list. The Dining Room is beautifully lit, has vaulted ceilings, comfortable booths and is a romantic place to enjoy a great dining experience. |
