Our goal at the General's Daughter is to create a dining experience that is as elegant and lasting as the 1900's Victorian home that is its setting. In this endeavor our Chef Preston Dishman uses ingredients that make sense: organic vegetables that are in season, natural meats and fish that are sustainably harvested. His French technical training and Southern roots shine in the simply presented, well executed, creative cuisine served at the General's Daughter.
