Our goal at the General's Daughter is to create a dining experience that is as elegant and lasting as the 1900's Victorian home that is its setting. In this endeavor our Chef Preston Dishman uses ingredients that make sense: organic vegetables that are in season, natural meats and fish that are sustainably harvested.
