Scott Wegener has spent the past 20 years building his culinary career at some of the most respected restaurants and kitchens in the country. His extensive experience will certainly prove invaluable as he takes on his latest role as Executive Vice President of ENTOURAGE on American Lane. Wegener leads the company’s national culinary program helping driving labor efficiencies and lowering controllable expenditures while helping build the ENTOURAGE brand in Chicago and beyond. He will also work closely with Vai – his former colleague at The Clubhouse in Oak Brook, Illinois – as ENTOURAGE explores opening additional locations in Chicagoland and throughout the country.
