Some like it hot and none more so than The Fireplace’s owner and chef Jim Solomon. After 14 years of learning every facet of the restaurant industry, Solomon opened his dream restaurant, The Fireplace, in September of 2001.
Located at 1634 Beacon Street in Brookline, The Fireplace is a New England grill and barbeque, with an emphasis on wood-smoked and rotisserie dishes utilizing the freshest offerings of the New England region.

The restaurant serves dinner Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 pm, to 10:00 pm; and Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 2:30 pm; lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. The bar is open until 12 am Sunday through Wednesday, and until 1 am Thursday through Saturday -- a savory bar menu is available between meals daily. |
