Richard Cane Sous Chef
"After 15 years in the banking business, I migrated from Boston to Cape Cod and traded in my calculator for a spatula. With no experience I landed a job as a short order cook at the Windfall Market in Falmouth for the summer of 2001. From there, I completed my culinary training at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, while working at New Seabury Country Club.
In May of 2002 I found my way to the Regatta and worked my way up from salads to Sous Chef.
Then left and did a couple of summers away, at Phusion Grille in Woodshole and the Beachmoore in Buzzards Bay.
I've made a full circle coming back and is excited to be part of the new Regatta!"
