If we baited a line with some of Chef Michael Schlow’s creations, would you bite? We think you might. And Chef Schlow has had experience reeling in some wonderful Special Events with his award winning cuisine. He’s created singular menus for a countless number of Special Events, from The Hampton Classic for 1200 people, to Jack and Suzy Welch’s wedding for 150 of their closest friends; from Billy Joel’s recent wedding to a commemorative dinner for 400 for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Chef Schlow’s menus change seasonally and use only the freshest ingredients available. If your needs call for an impressive raw bar, Great Bay does it. If you’re looking for a limitless variety of passed hors d’oeuvres, Great Bay does it. A pre-game snack for 25 rabid Yankees fans? We do it. A stationary dinner?
