Syrah Restaurant didn't waste much time becoming one of Santa Rosa's hottest places to eat. Located in downtown Santa Rosa, Syrah serves brilliantly innovative California-French food in a modern, warm and relaxing environment. Owners Executive Chef Josh Silvers and his wife Regina Silvers work hard to bring Syrah diners an innovative and sophisticated restaurant that offers bright, pure flavors in high-style presentation.
In its first few months, Syrah received rave reviews from critics and food connoisseurs alike. Now celebrating its Six-year anniversary, Syrah is an exciting and popular place to dine. The menu at Syrah changes often, so there is always something new and delicious to look forward to.
Before opening Syrah, Chef Josh Silvers worked at the Orinda Grill and before that was a sous chef at Mustard's - a well loved restaurant in Napa Valley.
