Cafi Rouge offers the rustic fare of France, Spain, and Italy. American dishes are also featured. The restaurant's emphasis is on the preparation of fresh meats and charcuterie. All steaks on the menu have been dry-aged on premises. Produce is chosen in its season. The availability of the freshest fruits and vegetables influences the menu at Cafi Rouge which changes biweekly.

Café Rouge is open for lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Sunday. Lunch only is served on Monday. Service is continuous from 11:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m, 10:00p.m. on Friday and Saturday.An interim menu is available from 3-5:30 p.m. Food service at the bar. Meat market/charcuterie is open all days of the week from 10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
