Trader Vic's San Francisco marked its triumphant return to San Francisco in November, 2004 when it opened its doors at the former Stars location at Golden Gate and Van Ness Avenues. Completely renovated in the exotic South Seas-styled décor known world wide, Victor "The Trader" Bergeron's legacy and tradition of innovative Island Cuisine and world famous cocktails continues. Just five minutes from any of San Francisco's top twenty hotels, there are four private rooms flanking the beautiful Outrigger Room, the main dining room, named after the 32 foot outrigger suspended from the high roof ceiling framed by a rock wall lined with orchids. Warm and intimate, private dining rooms are decorated in Island themes and adorned with tiki masks, Polynesian artifacts and unique works of art dedicated to artists and Island royalty. In addition to full catering services with tailored menus, on-site meetings or celebrations can accommodate small sit down gatherings of 8 guests or cocktail parties up to 220.
