| Chez Papa is inspired by the everyday food culture that we the owners grew up with in the South of France. Growing up, dinner time was an integral part of family life, it was the only opportunity we had to be together and share our everyday experinces. It was always a time to relax and feel confortable in a very warm and familiar atmosphere and enjoy good, simple home cooking. We were a family of only four but it seemed like we were forty; singing, making jokes, arguing, crying, but mostly laughing. There were times when I hated those dinners but they are now the most precious memories of my life. |
