Bruce Kanenobu, the founder and owner well-established
Shogun Japanese Restaurants introduced back his restauratnts in 1980 in Pasadena, California. His second restaurant, Shogun Kobe of San Diego, opened on business on June 1st of 2000, followed by a successful opening of his third Shogun Restaurant in La Verne, on June 14th on 2003.
To maintain our strong positioning within the Japanese Restaurant industry, we realize that we must utilize many of the methods and ideas previously undertaken. However we also hope to become a leader in the first-casual segment as well. With the opening of our first revolving sushi bar restaurant, Go Go Sushi (Pasadena) on March 4th of 2004, and first-casual japanese restaurant, Shogun Kitchen, (Chino Hills) on May 10th of 2004. We believe that we are on our way towards experiencing profitable results within this particular market segement.
