Zooma Bar Ristorante opened its’ doors in December of 2004 under the partnership of Joseph DeQuattro, also of Pane E Vino Ristorante, and the creative direction of Dr. James Cardi. Our traditional Neapolitan dishes come from a foundation of family recipes brought to fruition by executive chef Jeff Burgess.
