Chef Marc Orfaly is at it again. He's already established himself as a master of traditional French cuisine at Pigalle, his acclaimed bistro in Boston's theater district. Marco Cucina Romana is his new passion.
Chef Orfaly has gained a reputation for remaining true to a culinary genre while simultaneously infusing it with various global influences. In 2004, Food & Wine Magazine named him one of their 10 Best New Chefs. In the same year, he walked away with his first James Beard nomination (Best Chef Northeast).
Hours of operation
Tuesday through Thursday, 5:00 – 10:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Sunday, Family-style dinner with chef's special menu, 4:00 – 9:30 p.m.
