Welcome to EVOO!
EVOO, an acronym for Extra Virgin Olive Oil, serves eclectic, New American cuisine.

We use as many local ingredients as possible, changing the menu as different ones become available. We own a share of a farm, and purchase produce and livestock from local farmers. These ingredients are made into exciting, creative dishes on both our regular menu and our daily specials.

EVOO not only offers great food but great service. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu.

All of these ingredients in combination offer a memorable dining experience! We hope to welcome you in person at EVOO soon.
