Here, Chef Tony Maws, one of America's best new chefs (Food & Wine Magazine), combines his love of the Parisian bistrots modernes with an unyielding passion for the best local, seasonal, and organic ingredients and lesser-known, value-for-money estate-bottled wines.

Our menu changes daily, depending on which ingredients are the best of the best that very day.
