ONE. midtown kitchen

ID:6213

Uniquely designed by Johnson Studios, the refurbished warehouse that houses ONE is structured around serene, understated décor. The location is complete with an 80-foot curved counter, suspended light bulbs, 30-foot wine wall, bathrooms with central lounge area and flat screen television and an open kitchen that draws both the curious and hungry to experience Chef Tom Harvey’s seasonal, high-energy American cuisine.
For larger groups and parties, ONE offers a private dining room that can accommodate 100 guests standing or 50 guests seated. The view from the urbane private dining room will be completed in 2008 when the Piedmont Park Conservancy unveils the new community gardens. Until then, the softly lit, chic ambiance holds its own and creates a setting that is perfect for any occasion. Ideal year-round, this room is wrapped in glass so that it can be utilized as an open air space during warmer months or closed off during cooler ones.

Piedmont Park Conservancy is leading Piedmont Park through a dramatic $72 million expansion that will transform the way visitors experience Atlanta’s most beloved green space. Phase one is a $43 million renovation effort that will lay the infrastructure and foundation upon which future accommodations can be added. Piedmont Gardens is a phase two addition that will provide unique recreational and learning experiences, including accessible play areas, an outdoor environmental classroom and community gardens where people will be able to grow flowers and vegetables, in addition to housing a new Welcome Center and Park entrance.
