"Eat organic. Believe in sustainable. Buy local. Love fresh." is the mantra of Paul Martin's back-to-the-farm American Bistro. The Roseville, California restaurant is a long-nurtured dream of local resident Brian Bennett and long-time colleague and chef Peter Serantoni. Together they teamed with restaurateur Paul Fleming to make it come to life.
Paul Martin's is open daily from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays until 11 p.m
