The Roseville, California restaurant is a long-nurtured dream of local resident Brian Bennett and long-time colleague and chef Peter Serantoni. Together they teamed with restaurateur Paul Fleming to make it come to life.

Paul Martin's is open daily from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays until 11 p.m
