Cowboy Ciao - what were we thinking in 1997 when we christened our first independent venture? But for every guest disappointed we were not a boutique selling Italian-designed Western wear, another dozen delighted to discover a restaurant with inventive fare and a whimsical bent.

Cowboy Ciao began with a vision of an Old West roadhouse, where both ranch hand and city lady would be welcomed and feel comfortable; where a weary traveler could find a satisfying meal served with genuine hospitality and a bit of theatrical flair. As the flagship dining experience by Spaghetti Western Productions, Cowboy Ciao's aim is simple and true: to thrill each and every guest, every visit, with an entertaining, memorable experience.

dinner: nightly from 5 to 10 pm (11 pm on Fridays & Saturdays)
