We decided to create Dragon Well three years ago, after realizing how difficult it was to find a reliable, healthy, Chinese restaurant in San Francisco. First, however, we knew we had to gain some experience working in restaurants. After a few years of cooking, waiting tables and managing, we felt ready to start a place of our own.
