Our Chef Eugenio Martignago is a native of Venice, Italy where he had graduated from culinary school. After spending some time in Germany and France, he moved to Los Angeles in 1981 and spent 11 years at various restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County. Chef Eugenio then moved to Honolulu, Hawaii where he spent 13 years at Nick's Fishmarket.
We are happy to have Chef Eugenio return to Southern California to join us for this new venture at West Steak Seafood and Spirits and our future sister Bistro West Restaurant slated to open early Summer 2007.
