Chef Vaughan Mabee prepares light California Coastal cuisine using only the freshest ingredients. Favorites include the La Valencia Cobb Salad, tossed with our creamy herb dressing, and a Poached Maine Lobster Salad served over a bed of Herb and Fennel Petite Greens. For dinner, enjoy the famed Paella Valencia, a traditional Spanish dish of Saffron Rice tossed with Shrimp, Mussels, Chicken, and Spicy Sausage and finished with a Mini-Lobster Langostino. Allow our Sommelier to select a bottle of wine from our 1,000 bottle wine list, a recipient of the "Award of Excellence" by Wine Spectator.
