The concept of Le Bistro is based on fresh, organic, local ingredients prepared ` la minute. The flavors and the inspirations are all from the South of France. The menu changes daily as well as seasonally. From overseeing the deliveries of the morning markets availability Chef Jean-Paul instantly starts designing the dishes for the day. Since their opening you will find both Chef Jean-Paul and Kathleen working side-by-side allowing you to feel the spirit of France. The food, the music, the atmosphere and the mood of the Chef, are all authentic.
