Chef Philippe Chevalier uses familiar French dishes like French onion soup and Filet de Boeuf a la Bordelaise, as well as a variety of vegetarian and organic items. A diverse selection of wine and appetizers further enhances the flavors of the menu. Access to a private lounge off set from the main dining room allows people to engage in intimate conversations and parties as well.
