David Kittredge - Owner has been a part of the Triptych family since 1998 managing the café for the previous owner, then joining the Chef de Cuisine Catering team to purchase the Cafe in 2004, and becoming Triptych in April 2005. David has added warmth and an artistic edge to Triptych with a rotating artist program with works from Kelly DeFayette, Peter Demopolous, Mati McDonough, Hugh D'Andrade and Daniel Furon. It's also David's passion for plants that has led to the beautiful garden seating area behind Triptych, and his love of music that accounts for the exciting mix of progressive styles heard throughout the restaurant. Diego F. Salinas - Chef brings over sixteen years and extensive experience working with Caribbean, Latin and Asian cuisines to his role as chef de cuisine for Triptych. He has previously worked at Circolo, Sol y Luna and as a menu consultant for Caribbean Zone where he created and implemented the definitive Caribbean focused menu for the restaurant. Most recently, Salinas created and instituted a new program at the Mission Language and Vocational School, also known as the Latino Cuisine Culinary Academy. He is also a regular contributor to Latin Eyes, a television program dedicated to Latino news, views, and culture, where he is responsible for producing his own cooking segments.
